Uneven Experience with Some Notable Issues
unclear minibar policydisruptive streetcar noise
The minibar policy was unclear. I assumed it was complimentary upon arrival. A charge was later for items I thought were free. The room faced the street. Streetcar noise disrupted sleep. I wish I had known to request a room away from the tram line.

The location is SUPERB! It is close to many famous attractions. The staff are accommodating, and the place is clean.
The room I had was vibrating ALL the time and it was noisy due to the vicinity of trams.

The location was near the metro and tram line, convenient.
The breakfast lacked variety. It was exactly the same every day. I also experienced a safety issue when a drawer fell because the legs were broken. The hotel's solution was inadequate, as they removed the legs and left the drawer unusable.
